Promotional offers, discounts, and pre-order purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

الفساتين الأساسية (Basic Dresses)
أي منتج تظهر عليه علامات الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو آثار العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل أو تم تعديله بأي شكل
أي منتج يتم إرجاعه بدون التغليف الأصلي أو البطاقات (Tags)
جميع المنتجات التي تم شراؤها ضمن العروض الترويجية أو باستخدام الخصومات أو بنظام الطلب المسبق تُعد مبيعات نهائية، ولا يحق استرجاعها أو استبدالها
Refund Method & Timeline:

Card (Visa) Payments:
Refunds are processed according to the issuing bank’s system and timeline. -
Cash Payments:
Refunds are issued within 7:14 working days after the returned item is received and inspected in acceptable condition.
