Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

• You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags intact

Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for the following:

• Pre-order items
• Soirée and occasion wear
• Lace / Joubert garments
• Satin garments
• Hand-embroidered items
• Tulle items
• Scarves
• Basic dresses
• Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, makeup stains, or alteration
• Items returned without original packaging or tags

Promotional offers, discounts, and pre-order purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund Method & Timeline

• Card (Visa) Payments:
  Refunds are processed according to the issuing bank’s system and timeline.
• Cash Payments:
  Refunds are issued within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected in acceptable condition.

Shipping & Handling

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to the original payment method .

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are delivered within 7–14 working days from order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
