The product should be in its original packaging and condition to be refunded.

Cash will be after receiving the product in its original packaging and good condition within 7 working days.
However, there are certain exceptions: no refund or exchange. Soirée items: lace/joubert, satin garments, hand embroidered items, tulle, scarves, and basic dresses.
