Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Non-Cancelable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled once placed:

• Pre-order items
• Sale or discounted items
• Orders purchased using promotional codes

Refunds After Cancellation

• If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refund timelines for card payments are subject to the issuing bank’s policies.
• Cash refunds are processed within the stated refund timeline.

:إلغاء الطلب

يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيده، بشرط ألا يكون قد بدأ تجهيزه أو شحنه.

بمجرد بدء تجهيز الطلب أو إعداده أو شحنه، لا يمكن إلغاؤه، وسيتم التعامل معه وفقًا لـ سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا.

الطلبات غير القابلة للإلغاء

:لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات التالية بعد إتمامها

منتجات الطلب المسبق (Pre-order)

المنتجات المخفضة أو المعروضة ضمن عروض التخفيضات

الطلبات التي تم شراؤها باستخدام أكواد الخصم أو العروض الترويجية

استرداد المبلغ بعد إلغاء الطلب

في حال الموافقة على طلب الإلغاء، سيتم رد المبلغ باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

في حالة الدفع بالبطاقات البنكية (Visa): تخضع مدة استرداد المبلغ لسياسات وإجراءات البنك المُصدر للبطاقة

في حالة الدفع النقدي (Cash): يتم رد المبلغ خلال المدة المحددة في سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
